1) We need the photos shots as proof and for some conditions, we need more pictures rather than just one photo, also we will compare the samples kept in our office as well as in the China factory.
2) Confirm the percentage or actual quantity of defectiveness.
3) A return authorization is required for all returns. Return will not be accepted and your account will not be credited if you do not have a return authorization from Bonjet. Sometimes reproduce is more economical and faster than returned for fixing.
4) If goods needs to be returned, postage fee for sending back and forth is negotiable according to different situations, but we won’t be responsible for your internal postage fee because you should have checked the quality before dispatching in the very beginning.
5) We will keep you informed the destination, the method (by sea; air or by courier) and the agency…etc. for returned goods.
